Bu sözleşme, Oyuncaklı Şeyler Organizasyon Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi ("lisans veren", "biz") ile Remoteer masaüstü uygulamasını veya web istemcisini kuran ya da kullanan siz arasındadır. Uygulamayı kurarak veya kullanarak bu sözleşmeyi kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hizmetin kullanımı ayrıca Kullanım Koşulları'na tabidir.
1. Yazılım
"Yazılım"; Windows ve macOS için Remoteer masaüstü uygulamasını, tarayıcıda çalışan Remoteer web istemcisini, bunların güncellemelerini ve belgelerini kapsar.
2. Lisans
Size, Yazılımı sahibi olduğunuz veya yönetmeye yetkili olduğunuz cihazlara kurma ve Kullanım Koşulları'na uygun olarak kullanma hakkını veririz. Bu hak münhasır değildir, devredilemez, alt lisans verilemez ve ücretsizdir. Remoteer Pro'nun özellikleri Yazılımda değil, hesabınızdaki abonelikle açılır (Satış ve Ön Bilgilendirme).
3. Kısıtlamalar
Kanunun açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında Yazılımı:
değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kaynak koduna dönüştüremez veya parçalarına ayıramazsınız;
plan sınırlarını, kimlik doğrulamayı, güncelleme imzalarını veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşacak biçimde kullanamaz ya da bunları aşan bir sürümünü dağıtamazsınız;
kiralayamaz, satamaz veya değiştirilmiş bir kopyasını yayamazsınız;
üzerindeki telif, marka ve lisans bildirimlerini kaldıramazsınız.
Yazılımın değiştirilmemiş kurulum dosyalarını yalnızca remote.cpleks.com'dan veya Mac App Store'dan indirin; başka yerlerden indirilen kopyaların değiştirilmediğini garanti edemeyiz.
4. Yazılımın bilgisayarınızda yaptıkları
Uygulama açıkken, bağlantı isteklerini alabilmek için sunucumuza bağlı kalır. Bilgisayarınızın ekranını, sesini ve dosyalarını yalnızca sizin onayladığınız ya da PIN'iniz, gözetimsiz erişim parolanız veya açtığınız hesap erişimiyle kurulan bir oturumda ve o oturuma verdiğiniz izinler ölçüsünde karşı tarafa açar. Bir oturum sürerken bilgisayarınızın başındaki kişi bunu görür ve oturumu sonlandırabilir.
macOS'ta ekranı paylaşmak ve uzaktan kullanılabilmek için Ekran Kaydı ve Erişilebilirlik izinleri gerekir; bu izinleri siz verir ve istediğiniz zaman geri alırsınız.
Uygulama, yeni bir sürüm olup olmadığını remote.cpleks.com'dan denetler ve ayarınıza göre size sorarak ya da kendiliğinden kurar. Güncellemeler imzalıdır: macOS sürümü Apple tarafından onaylanır (notarization), Windows sürümü kod imzalıdır ve güncelleme paketleri bizim anahtarımızla imzalanır; imzası doğrulanamayan bir güncelleme kurulmaz.
Güvenlik nedeniyle, çok eski bir sürüm sunucuya bağlanırken güncellenmesi istenebilir.
Yazılım kullanım istatistiği, çökme raporu veya telemetri göndermez. Ne gönderdiği Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.
5. Açık kaynak bileşenler
Yazılım, kendi lisanslarıyla (örneğin MIT ve Apache 2.0) dağıtılan açık kaynak bileşenler içerir. Bu bileşenler bakımından onların lisansları geçerlidir ve bu sözleşme o lisansların size tanıdığı hakları kısıtlamaz. Bileşenlerin listesini ve lisans metinlerini isteğiniz üzerine support@remote.cpleks.com adresinden göndeririz.
6. Mac App Store
Mac App Store'dan indirdiğiniz kopyaya Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) uygulanır; bu sözleşme onu tamamlar ve aralarında çelişki olursa Apple'ın sözleşmesi esas alınır. Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir; Yazılımın desteği, bakımı ve Yazılımla ilgili talepler bize aittir.
7. Garanti
Yazılım ücretsiz olarak ve olduğu gibi sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, Yazılımın her ihtiyacınızı karşılayacağını, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yazılımı kullanmadan önce önemli verilerinizi yedeklemeniz önerilir. Tüketici olarak ayıplı mala veya hizmete ilişkin kanuni haklarınız saklıdır.
8. Sorumluluk
Sorumluluğumuz Kullanım Koşulları'nın 9. bölümündeki gibi sınırlıdır; kastımız veya ağır ihmalimizden, hayata veya sağlığa verilen zararlardan doğan sorumluluğumuz ve tüketici olarak sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan haklarınız saklıdır.
9. Sona erme
Yazılımı kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Sözleşmeyi ihlal ederseniz lisansınız kendiliğinden sona erer; bu durumda Yazılımı kullanmayı bırakır ve kopyalarını silersiniz. Fikri mülkiyete, sorumluluğa ve uygulanacak hukuka ilişkin hükümler sözleşme sona erdikten sonra da geçerlidir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu sözleşmeye Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda Kullanım Koşulları'nın 12. bölümü geçerlidir. Bu sözleşmenin İngilizce çevirisi de yayımlanır; aralarında fark olursa Türkçe metin esas alınır.
End User Licence Agreement
Effective: 14 October 2026
This agreement is between Oyuncaklı Şeyler Organizasyon Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi ("the licensor", "we") and you as the person who installs or uses the Remoteer desktop app or web client. By installing or using it you accept this agreement. Using the service is also governed by the Terms of Service.
1. The software
"The software" means the Remoteer desktop app for Windows and macOS, the Remoteer web client that runs in a browser, their updates and their documentation.
2. Licence
We grant you the right to install the software on devices you own or are authorised to manage and to use it in line with the Terms of Service. The right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, without the right to sublicense, and free of charge. Remoteer Pro's features are unlocked by the subscription on your account, not by the software (Sales and pre-contract information).
3. Restrictions
Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not:
modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software;
use it in a way that gets around plan limits, authentication, update signatures or security measures, or distribute a version that does;
rent or sell it, or distribute a modified copy;
remove the copyright, trademark or licence notices on it.
Download the unmodified installers only from remote.cpleks.com or the Mac App Store; we cannot vouch that copies from elsewhere have not been altered.
4. What the software does on your computer
While the app is running it stays connected to our server so it can receive connection requests. It opens your computer's screen, audio and files to the other side only in a session that you approved, or that was set up with your PIN, your unattended-access password or the account access you turned on, and only as far as the permissions you gave that session. While a session runs, the person at your computer sees it and can end it.
On macOS, sharing the screen and being used remotely need the Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions; you grant them and can withdraw them at any time.
The app checks remote.cpleks.com for a new version and, depending on your setting, installs it after asking you or on its own. Updates are signed: the macOS version is notarized by Apple, the Windows version is code-signed and update packages are signed with our key; an update whose signature does not verify is not installed.
For security, a very old version may be asked to update when it connects to the server.
The software sends no usage statistics, crash reports or telemetry. What it does send is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Open-source components
The software contains open-source components distributed under their own licences (for example MIT and Apache 2.0). For those components their licences apply, and this agreement does not restrict the rights those licences give you. We send the list of components and their licence texts on request to support@remote.cpleks.com.
6. Mac App Store
A copy downloaded from the Mac App Store is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; this agreement supplements it, and where they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple is not a party to this agreement; support and maintenance of the software, and claims about it, are ours.
7. Warranty
The software is provided free of charge and as is. As far as the law allows, we do not warrant that it meets every need of yours or runs without interruption or error. We recommend backing up important data before using it. Your statutory rights as a consumer regarding defective goods or services remain.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited as in section 9 of the Terms of Service; our liability for intent or gross negligence or for harm to life or health, and your rights as a consumer that a contract cannot limit, remain.
9. Termination
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the software. If you breach it, your licence ends automatically; you then stop using the software and delete your copies. The provisions on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive the end of the agreement.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey; for disputes, section 12 of the Terms of Service applies. This is a translation; where it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.
